Abrasive chasing
Using diamond blades to form chases for conduits, pipes or tuck in for asphalt in all types brick and blockwork, plastered and rendered surfaces, concrete and screeds. We guarantee precisely cut chases and a limited amount of dust control.

Percussion drilling
All types brickwork, blockwork and concrete, both hollow and solid section, can be accurately drilled using our tungsten carbide tipped rotary percussive drill. Ideal to form holes for lighting, pipes, ductwork and overflows.

Fixing of bolt anchors
We can fix all types of anchor systems for steel erection or repair works.

Pull out testing
We carry out hydraulic testing of anchor bolts to assess design loads or test for failure providing detailed written reports.

Grouting
Southern Drilling are approved applicators of all cementations and epoxy grouts for industrial machine bases, fixings and general consolidation.

Mastic Pointing
Application of all types of Mastic Pointing compounds, both internal, external and intumescent.
